Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the radiation noise leaked from a cable to the external and to prevent trouble of another device by connecting a transmitter and a receiver by an optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION:The DC signal outputted from a main body control part 1 is converted to an AC signal by a modulating circuit 2 and is sent as an optical signal through the LED of a transmitter 3 and passes an optical fiber cable 4 and is received by the PD of a receiver 5 and is converted to a DC signal by a demodulating circuit 6 and is supplied to a display device 7.

In the conventional signal transmission method described above, the electrical signals output from the main body control section are transmitted by a coaxial cable, a shielded cable using a single wire, or a flat cable. The radiated noise caused interference with adjacent radio wave receiving devices such as television receivers and radio receivers, as well as amplifiers that handle minute signals.
