Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ステープル打出し部に向けてステープルを
    付勢した状態で収納するステープル収納ガイド部
    と、上方から外力が付与されることにより下方へ
    移動して上記ステープル打出し部よりステープル
    を打出すステープル打出し刃と、前記ステープル
    打出し部の下方に配設されたステープル受け部と
    を備えたステープラーにおいて、 上記ステープル収納ガイド部を横方向に複数本
    並設すると共に、それぞれに対応して上記ステー
    プル打出し刃とステープル受け部を設け、かつ、
    上記ガイド部の並設方向に移動可能で、いずれか
    の打出し刃の直上方位置に選択的に設定され、外
    力が付与されることにより下方へ移動し、打出し
    刃を押し下げる機能を有したハンマを設けたこと
    を特徴とするステープラー。 (2) ハンマが各打出し刃の直上方位置に設定さ
    れないときに、ハンマの下方移動を阻止するスト
    ツパーを備えたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
    ステープラー。
