In recent years, there has been a growing trend for households to own two cars, but there is no space to park two cars side-by-side on residential lots, and even if there was space, There was a problem with the effective use of land. For this reason, a two-car storage three-dimensional garage as shown in FIG. For this reason, when the car 1 is placed on the pallet 2 and raised as shown in Figure 5a, it gives a sense of uneasiness when viewed from the outside, and also exposes the lifting device for the car 1 and the pallet 2 to the rain. There was a problem that it could cause a malfunction. Therefore, in order to eliminate the sense of uneasiness given to the outside in a two-car garage, it is necessary to provide an outer structure 22 having a roof 20 and walls 21 as shown in FIG. 5b. However, if such an outer structure 22 is formed, the construction will be large-scale, the cost will be high, and the height of the roof 20 will be 4 m.
There is a problem in that they are destroying the living environment and causing a nuisance to the neighbors. Moreover, the conventional three-dimensional garage that can store two cars cannot be converted into a regular garage that can store only one car.

The present invention was invented in view of the above points, and its purpose is to provide a simple and inexpensive structure, provide a sense of stability when viewed from the outside, and protect the pallet drive unit and automobile from being exposed to the rain. To provide a two-car storage three-dimensional garage that does not cause damage to the living space, does not damage the living scenery, and can be used as a normal garage for storing only one car by removing supports attached to the roof body.

In the two-car storage three-dimensional garage of the present invention, a lift body 5 is formed by removably connecting the lower part of a column 4 to which a roof body 3 is fixed to a pallet 2 on which a car 1 is placed, with bolts and nuts. This elevating body 5 can be raised and lowered with respect to the main pillar 6, and the main pillar 6 and the pillar 4 have approximately the same length, and the length is such that most of the pillar 4 protrudes upward from the upper part of the main pillar 6. The length of the pallet 2 is set so that the automobile 1 can be parked under the pallet 2 attached to the lower part of the support column 4 in the above-mentioned condition. This has been achieved.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. In the figure, 2 is a pallet on which the automobile 1 is placed, and 4 is a support having a roof 3 on top. The lower part of the support column 4 is removably connected to the pallet 2 by bolts and nuts (not shown), and an elevating plate 5 is assembled. The elevating body 5 is attached to the main pillar 6 of the garage so that it can be raised and lowered. For example, the support 4 is inserted into the main pillar 6 having a substantially square cross section so as to be vertically movable, or the support 4 is placed along the main pillar 6 so as to be vertically movable. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a drive box that houses a drive unit such as a motor, and is attached to a frame 9 attached to the upper part of the main column 6. Further, 10 in the figure is a blinding panel erected at the front and back of the frame 9.
By driving a drive unit such as a motor housed in the drive box 8, a chain or wire fixed at one end to the elevating body 5 is wound up to raise the support column 4 along the main column 6, and conversely, it is unwound. The pillar 4 is lowered along the main pillar 6. Here, the pillars 4 are at almost the same height as the main pillars 6, and when the elevating body 5 is lowered, the roof body 3 is located on the upper part of the rectangular frame 9 above the main pillar 6, and the pallet 2 is raised and lowered. When the body 5 descends, it is located on the ground, and when the elevating body 5 rises, it is located within the frame 9. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes an operation push button storage box in which operation push buttons for operating the elevating body 5 up and down are stored. However, when the two-car storage three-dimensional garage of the present invention stores one car 1, the first
As shown in the figure, the vehicle 1 is parked on the pallet 2 with the elevator 5 lowered and the pallet 2 positioned on the ground. The time to store one car 1 is, for example, when one family owns two cars 1 and the husband goes to work in one car 1 during the day. This is the parking situation during the day. On the other hand, at night or on holidays, when the owner returns home in the car 1, the elevator 5 is raised as shown in Fig. 2, and the second car is placed in the parking area 7 below the pallet 2 when the elevator 5 is raised. This is to park the car 1. By the way, the pillars 4 with the roof body 3 on the top are removed from the pallet 2 (in other words, the pillars 4 with the roof body 3, which is the upper part of the two-car storage garage, are removed), and this can be used as a general carport. It can also be repurposed as Furthermore, when the two-car storage three-dimensional garage becomes unnecessary or breaks down, the pillars 4 having the roof body 3 on the top can be removed from the pallet 2 and used as is for use as a carport. The pillar 4 has the roof body 3 on top as described above.
If you want to remove it from the pallet 2 and use it as a carport, you can either push the lower part of the pillar 4 into the foundation as it is, or bury the lower part of the anchor bolt 12 in the foundation 13 as shown in Figure 4. The column 4 is fixed to the anchor bolt 12 via a fixing fitting 14.

In the present invention, as described above, an elevating body is formed by removably connecting the lower part of the support to which the roof is fixed to the upper part with bolts and nuts to the pallet on which the automobile is placed. The pallet is movable up and down relative to the main pillar, and the main pillar and support are approximately the same length, and the length is set at the bottom of the support with most of the support protruding upward from the top of the main pillar. Since the length is set so that a car can be parked below, the elevating body can be raised with the first car on the pallet, and the second car can be parked below the pallet. The site is large enough to accommodate two cars in a parking space for one car, and the elevating body has pillars attached to it and a roof on these pillars, so it is possible to place a car on a pallet and lift it up. This improves the sense of stability when Moreover, generally 1
When a family owns two cars, the husband usually goes out in his car during the day, so it is usually only necessary to store one car during the day, so the elevator is lowered. Cars can be parked on pallets, and if one car is stored like this, or if no cars are stored, the elevating body is lowered, so it is necessary to attach supports and roof bodies to the elevating body. Even if installed, it will generally be at the same height as a single-car garage (carport) and will not adversely affect the surrounding environment. In addition, since a roof body is provided on the elevating body, the drive unit for raising and lowering the elevating body is not exposed to rain whether one car is stored or two cars are stored, thereby preventing the cause of malfunction. It is something that can be removed. Furthermore, since the lower part of the column with the roof body on the top is removably connected to the pallet, by removing the column with the roof body from the pallet, it can be used as a general carport as it is, and can be used as a three-dimensional garage for storing two cars. It can be used as a general carport in the same way if the drive part is not needed or if the drive part is damaged. Also, the lower part of the support that fixes the roof to the upper part can be removably connected with bolts and nuts. Since it forms an elevating body, when the pillars to which the roof body is fixed are removably connected to the pallet using bolts and nuts, and the roof body is integrated with the pallet by the pillars, the pallet, the roof body, and the pillars can move up and down. A strong three-dimensional structure that can be moved freely can be constructed, and even if the roof is subjected to wind pressure when raised, this strong three-dimensional structure can withstand it.Also, when the connection with bolts and nuts is released, It can be used as a general carport.
