車1及びパレツト2の昇降装置を雨ざらしにして
しまつて故障の原因となるという問題があつた。
このため2台収納立体ガレージにおける外部に与
える不安定感をなくすには、第1図bのように屋
根10及び壁11を有する外側構造体12を設け
る必要がある。しかしながらこのような外側構造
体12を形成した場合、工事が大がかりとなり、
コストも高くなり、また屋根10の高さが約4m
にもなつて住環境をこわし、近隣にも迷惑をかけ
るという問題がある。

取付けてある。図の実施例にあつては筒状の主柱
7内に支柱5が上下動自在に挿入してある。図中
13はモータのような駆動部であつて、支柱5の
下部に一端を固着したチエン又はワイヤ3を巻き
取ることで主柱7に沿つて支柱5を上昇させ、逆
にワイヤ3を巻きもどすことで支柱5を下降させ
るようになつている。ここで支柱5は主柱7とほ
ぼ同じ高さであり、屋根体4は支柱5が降下した
とき、主柱7の上部に架設した矩形枠体14の上
部に位置し、パレツト2は支柱5が下降したとき
地面G,L上に位置すると共に支柱5が上昇した
とき矩形枠体14内に位置するようになつてい
る。図中15はワイヤ3のガイド輪である。また
16は昇降体6を上下操作するための操作押釦が
収納されている操作押釦収納ボツクスである。と
ころで第2図、第3図の実施例にあつては矩形枠
体14部分及び屋根体4にそれぞれシヤツター収
納部17が設けてあつて、シヤツター収納部17
に収納しているシヤツター18を主柱7又は支柱
5に対して引き降すことができるようにしてあ
る。この場合必要に応じて主柱7、支柱5にシヤ
ツター18の両端が嵌め込まれてシヤツター18
をガイドするためのガイド縦溝を上下にわたつて
設けてもよい。しかして1台の自動車1を収納す
る場合は第2図のように昇降体6を下降させてパ
レツト2を地面G,L上に位置させ現状態でパレ
ツト2上に自動車1を駐車させるのである。この
1台の自動車1を収納する時とは、例えば1家庭
で2台の自動車1を所有している場合昼間は1台
の自動車1に乗つて主人が出勤していて家には残
りの1台しか残つていない場合であつて、通常昼
間における駐車の状態である。一方夜間や休日に
おいては、主人が自動車1で帰宅しているため、
第3図のように昇降体6を上昇させて昇降体6の
上昇時におけるパレツト2下方の駐車部8に2台
目の自動車1を駐車させるのである。ここで昇降
体6に設けたシヤツター18は昇降体6を上昇さ
せた後に引き降すようにするとよい。第6図、第
7図には本発明の他の実施例が示してある。この
実施例にあつては昇降体6の側周部に壁体19と
自動車1の出入口20とが形成してあり、自動車
1の出入口20の上方の屋根体4にはシヤツター
収納部17が設けてあつて、シヤツター収納部1
7よりシヤツター18を引き落し自在となつてい
る。ところで上記のように昇降体6の側周部に壁
体19を設けた場合、昇降体6の昇降に当つて壁
体19が邪魔とならないようになつている。例え
ば主柱7が断面コ字状をしていて昇降体6の支柱
5の壁体19より外方に突出した部分がこの断面
コ字状をした主柱7内を上下するように嵌め込ん
であれば、昇降体6の昇降の際に壁体19が邪魔
とならないものである。このように昇降体6に壁
体19を設けておけば見た目の安定感がいつそう
すぐれ、更に横からの雨の吹き込みを防止できて
いつそう駆動部分などの故障のトラブルがないも
のである。第8図、第9図には本発明の更に他の
実施例が示してある。この実施例にあつては、主
柱7間に収納壁21が形成してある。収納壁21
内には昇降体6を昇降させるための駆動部13を
収納する部分が設けてあると共に収納壁21内の
残りの部分に洗車道具その他の収納物を収納する
ための物置き部22が設けてあり、この物置き部
22には収納物を出し入れするための出し入れ部
23が設けてあつて、出し入れ部23に扉24が

果、敷地面積が1台分の駐車スペースで2台分の
自動車が駐車できるものであり、しかも支柱の下
部にパレツトを取付け、支柱の上部に屋根体を取
付けてあるので、パレツトに自動車を載せて上昇
させても、上階部分においては支柱、屋根体が存
在することとなつて自動車を乗せて上昇させた場
合の安定感が向上するものである。しかも一般に
1家庭で2台の自動車を所有している場合昼間は
主人が自動車にのつて外出しているため、通常昼
間は1台の自動車を収納しておけばよく、このた
め昇降体を下降した状態でパレツト上に自動車を
駐車しておくことができ、このように1台収納し
ておく場合や、1台も収納していない場合には支
柱が下降して屋根体が主柱の上端付近に位置する
こととなつて一般の1台収納用のガレージと同じ
程度の高さとなり、近隣の環境を悪くすることが
ないものである。また主柱に対して上下移動自在
となつた支柱に屋根体が設けてあるので、自動車
の1台収納時、2台収納時のいずれの場合も自動
車や昇降体を昇降するための駆動部が雨にさらさ
れることがなくて故障の原因を除くことができる
ものであり、また、本発明においてはパレツトと
屋根体とを支柱により一体に連結してあるので、
パレツトと屋根体と支柱とで上下移動する強固な
立体構造体を構成でき、上昇させた時に屋根体に
風圧を受けてもこの強固な立体構造体により耐え
ることができるものである。
