[Background technology] In the case of a two-car storage three-dimensional garage, beams installed in the front and back direction are connected to the upper ends of columns erected on both sides.
The roof can be raised and lowered by inserting the pillars hanging down from both sides of the roof placed on the beams so that they can move up and down, and then lowering the roof by constructing a drive unit storage box between the rear parts of the beams on both sides. When the roof is raised and lowered, the rear end of the roof and the front end of the drive unit storage box face each other, but since the roof is raised and lowered, there is some gap between the rear end of the roof and the drive unit storage box. . By the way, one car is usually stored with the roof lowered, but if there is a gap when the roof is lowered, there is a drawback that rainwater can enter the garage through the gap. To prevent this, it is conceivable to provide a roof section at the rear end of the roof to cover the upper part of the drive unit storage box, but this has the disadvantage of being expensive.

[Disclosure of the invention] The rainwater treatment structure of the two-car storage three-dimensional garage of the invention connects beams 9 installed in the front and rear direction to the upper ends of pillars 1 erected on both sides, and suspends from both sides of the roof 2 placed on the beams 9. The roof 2 is made vertically movable by inserting the pillar part 3 into the pillar 1 so as to be vertically movable, and the drive unit storage box 12 is constructed between the rear parts of the beams 9 on both sides, and the roof 2 is lowered. Rear end surface 3 of roof 2
0 and the front end surface 31 of the drive section storage box 12 face each other, a rainwater catcher 32 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is installed on the front end surface 31 of the drive section storage box 12 along the end surface shape of the roof 2. It is installed so as to span between the beams 9 on both sides, and when the roof 2 is lowered to the lowest position, the lower end of the rear end surface 30 of the roof 2 fits into the rainwater catcher 32, as described above. This configuration solves the drawbacks of the conventional example. In other words, a rainwater receiver 32 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is attached to the front end surface 31 of the drive unit storage box 12 so as to extend between the beams 9 on both sides along the end surface shape of the roof 2, and the roof 2 is lowered to the lowest position. By fitting the lower end of the rear end surface 30 of the roof 2 into the rainwater receiver 32, the gap between the roof 2 and the drive unit storage box 12 becomes a rainwater receiver when the roof 2 is lowered to the lowest position. 32, so that rainwater does not enter the garage and drains smoothly to both sides along the rainwater receiver 32, and the rainwater receiver 32 has a substantially U-shaped cross section.
It has become possible to prevent rainwater from entering with a simple structure that requires only the installation of a .

Next, the operation of the three-dimensional garage for storing two cars according to the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. Usually one car 4
When storing the pallet 5, the pallet 5 rests on the base surface 6. At this time, the roof 2 is lowered by its own weight, the roof 2 is placed on the beam 9, and the column part 3 is inside the support column 1. In this state, one car 4 is stored by placing the car 4 on the pallet 5. When the roof is lowered to the lowest position, the rear end surface 30 of the roof 2
The lower end is fitted into a rainwater receiver 32 as shown in FIG. Rainwater is received by a receiver 32 and drained to both sides, preventing rainwater from entering the garage. Moreover, when storing two cars 4, the pallet 5 is raised. In other words, the motor 14 is driven, the chain 17 is taken up by the sprocket 16, and the chain 1
At step 7, the aggregate 7 is pulled up and the pallet 5 is raised. When the chain 17 is taken up by the sprocket 16, the chain 17 hangs down in a U-shape within the drive unit housing box 12. When the aggregate 7 is pulled up by the chain 17 and raised by a predetermined amount, the pushing-up part 8 of the aggregate 7 hits the lower end of the pillar part 3, and the pillar part 3 rises together with the aggregate 7, and the roof 2 rises. When the roof 2 rises, the rear end surface 30 of the roof 2 moves upwardly as shown in FIG. 2a. When the pallet 5 rises to the top, the operating portion 23 hits the limit switch 21 and the motor 14 is stopped. In this state, the latch 20 protrudes and is hooked on the hook 28, thereby preventing the latch 20 from descending even if the brake of the motor 14 is released. If another vehicle 4 is placed on the base surface 6 with the roof 2 and pallet 5 raised in this manner, two vehicles 4 can be accommodated. In addition, when lowering the automobile 4 stored above, the automobile 4 on the base surface 6 is taken out, and the motor 14 is driven in the opposite direction to the above to lower the chain 1.
Return 7. Then, the chain 17 is lowered within the support 1, and the pallet 5 is lowered by its own weight, and the pallet 5 is placed on the foundation surface 6, allowing the automobile 4 to be taken out.
When the pallet 5 descends to the lowest position, the operating portion 23 hits the limit switch 22 and the motor 14 is stopped.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the present invention is to install a rainwater catcher having a substantially U-shaped cross section on the front end face of the drive unit storage box so as to extend between the beams on both sides along the end face shape of the roof, and to install the rainwater catcher at the bottom of the drive unit storage box. When the roof is lowered to the lowest position, the lower end of the rear end of the roof fits into the rainwater catcher, so when the roof is lowered to the lowest position, the gap between the rear end of the roof and the drive unit storage box is closed. It prevents rainwater from entering the garage through the cracks, and the rainwater can be drained smoothly to both sides. Moreover, it is inexpensive because the rainwater canister, which has a roughly U-shaped cross section, is simply attached to the drive unit storage box. The structure is designed to prevent rainwater from entering.
