Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 感磁素子と、該感磁素子が固定される基台と、
感磁素子が接続される導電部とでなる磁気センサ
であつて、 上記基台は絶縁体でなり、上記導電部は上記基
台に一体に形成されると共に上記基台の表面から
裏面に通じる導体でなり、且つ上記導電部の上記
基台の表面への露出部分は上記基台の表面と同じ
平面を形成し、上記感磁素子は上記平面の上に被
着されてなることを特徴とする磁気センサ。
