も1組の変圧室と定圧室に区画され、また前記パ
ワーピストン内に組み込まれ入力ロツドに連動す
るバルブ機構の作動により前記変圧室と定圧室間
の差圧が制御されて、前記入力ロツドに加わる操
作力が前記パワーピストンにより助勢されて出力
ロツドに伝わるようにした負圧式倍力装置におい
て、外周部が前記パワーピストンに気密的に固定
されると共に内周部が前記バルブ機構のバルブプ
ランジヤ又は前記出力ロツドに気密的に固定され
る隔壁を設け、該隔壁の前記定圧室側には前記定
圧室の圧力が常時付与されるようにすると共に前
記変圧室側には圧力室が形成されるようにし、該
圧力室と前記変圧室を焼結金属材からなる絞り手
段を有した絞り通路を通して連通させたことを特
