て、外周部が前記パワーピストンに気密的に固定
されると共に内周部が前記バルブ機構のバルブプ
ランジヤ又は前記出力ロツドに気密的に固定され
る隔壁を設け、該隔壁の前記定圧室側には前記定
圧室の圧力が常時付与されるようにすると共に前
記変圧室側には圧力側が形成されるようにし、該
圧力室と前記変圧室を連通路を通して連通させ、
該連通路に少なくとも前記入力ロツドの操作時に
は前記連通路内に形成される弁座に着座して前記
連通路を遮断可能であり前記入力ロツドの操作解
除時には前記連通路を開放する弁手段を設けると
共に前記弁座に前記弁手段の着座時に前記弁手段
とで絞りを形成し前記連通路を絞る絞り手段を設
けたことを特徴とする負圧式倍力装置。
