作力が前記パワーピストンにより助勢されて出力
ロツドに伝わるようにした負圧式倍力装置におい
て、外周部が前記パワーピストンに気密的に固定
されると共に内周部が前記バルブ機構のバルブプ
ランジヤ又は前記出力ロツドに気密的に固定され
る隔壁を設け、該隔壁の前記定圧室側には前記定
圧室の圧力が常時付与されるようにすると共に前
記変圧室側には圧力室が形成されるようにし、該
圧力室と前記変圧室を絞り通路を通して連通させ
ると共に前記圧力室と前記変圧室との間に前記パ
ワーピストンに対する前記バルブプランジヤの相
対移動量がその非作動位置から所定量以上の時に
前記圧力室と前記変圧室とを連通する弁手段を設
けたことを特徴とする負圧式倍力装置。
