Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、扇形炉に於いて、複数の被熱物を均
一に加熱するための加熱装置に関するものであ
る。一般に、火炎は火炎軸にそつて温度分布があ
り、火炎を利用して加熱する場合は、この温度分
布の影響を避けることは困難である。例えば第1
図に示すように複数の被熱物3′を単一の火炎
4′で加熱する場合は、この影響が顕著に現われ、
バーナ2′近くの被熱物3′が最も高温となり、バ
ーナ2′から離れるに従つて順次低温となる傾向
があり、均一加熱は極めて難かしい。本発明は、
かかる問題点を解決する扇形炉の加熱装置であつ
て、以下図について説明すると次の通りである。
第2図に於いて、符号1は扇形炉であつて、該炉
1の中心位置近傍にバーナ2を配置する。そして
該バーナ2からほぼ等距離で、且つ同一円弧上に
被熱物3を配置する。前記バーナ2は被熱物3の
数に等しい数の火炎4を発生させる構成とし、且
つ夫々の火炎4は夫々の被熱物3の上部に方向づ
ける構成とし、前記被熱物3の近傍炉床5には排
気孔6を設ける構成とする。前記バーナ2は、例
えば複数の各独立したバーナを束ねて一個のバー
ナとしたような構成のものでよい。この場合に
は、各バーナは、燃焼上、各独立しているから、
各バーナ毎に燃焼量の調節をすることができる。

は、夫々被熱物3の上部位置に達し、夫々の被熱
物3を被覆するようにして炉内を循環する。かか
る際、排気は、被熱物3の近傍の炉床5に設けた

ており、やはりどの被熱物をとつてみても燃焼ガ
スの流れが同一になり、より一層均一加熱を促進
