成る走査電子顕微鏡の着脱可能な試料ホルダにお
いて、歯車とネジの組合せよりなる引張・圧縮機
構を設け、該試料ホルダの回転防止板を設けたこ
とを特徴とする走査電子顕微鏡用試料ホルダ。
