<Industrial Field of Application> The present invention relates to an anti-slip agent that is sprayed on roads in cold regions to prevent slips of automobiles and bicycles traveling on the road, and a method for producing the same. <Prior Art> On roads in cold regions, water on the road surface freezes, creating a so-called ice burn condition, which causes automobile skidding accidents. For this reason, ice burns have traditionally been melted by spraying snow melting agents. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, conventionally used snow melting agents mainly contain chlorides such as calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, or sodium chloride, and the toxicity and corrosivity of chlorides are This had a negative impact on the road surface, causing corrosion of the road and rust on the vehicle body. In addition, when this chloride is scattered around or flows into the sewerage system, it causes environmental pollution and has an adverse effect on living organisms such as seafood and livestock. Furthermore, since snow-melting agents are sprayed in the form of solutions or powders and only promote snow and ice melting, they do not fundamentally prevent slips. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an anti-slip agent that is non-polluting and can effectively prevent slips, and a simple method for producing the same. <Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the anti-slip agent according to the present invention contains a snow-melting agent mainly composed of non-toxic alkali metal acetate and containing a rust preventive agent in predetermined granules. It is made by impregnating gravel or crushed stone with a diameter of 1.5 mm, and is characterized by having snow and ice melting effects, as well as having an anti-slip effect due to the gravel or crushed stone. Furthermore, the manufacturing method according to the present invention includes, when impregnating gravel or crushed stone with a snow-melting agent, heating the gravel or crushed stone to a high temperature to bring it into an active state, and spraying an aqueous solution of the snow-melting agent onto the gravel or crushed stone in this state. Features. <Example> The anti-slip agent according to the present invention will be explained in more detail below. The anti-slip agent of the present invention is characterized in that it is made by impregnating gravel or crushed stone with a predetermined particle size with a snow-melting agent. The particle size of gravel or crushed stone is selected within a range that does not impede the running of a car and has a sufficient slip prevention effect, and is adjusted to a particle size of 1 to 7 mm, more preferably 2 to 5 mm. Ru. Therefore, in the case of gravel or crushed stone with a large particle size, the particle size is adjusted by a crushing means such as a pickling machine, and if gravel or crushed stone with a small particle size is mixed, the particle size is adjusted by a sorting machine. Grain-sized gravel or crushed stone is removed. The gravel or crushed stone whose particle size has been adjusted in this way is impregnated with a snow melting agent. The snow melting agent is mainly composed of alkali metal acetate, with a rust preventive agent mixed therein. As the alkali metal acetate, one or a mixture of two or more of sodium acetate and calcium acetate is selected. These acetates have a large latent heat, and when they come into contact with ice burns or snow on the road surface,
Acts to melt ice and snow. Therefore, when an anti-slip agent is sprayed on the road surface, ice burns disappear due to the action of the alkali metal acetate, eliminating the risk of slips and the like. In addition, since these acetates are impregnated with gravel or crushed stone, they can maintain their ice-melting power for a long period of time. Furthermore, unlike chloride, acetate is harmless as it is used as a pesticide to exterminate soil pests, so it does not corrode road surfaces or cause pollution. Next, the rust preventive agent prevents corrosion and rust on the framework of structures and the bodies of automobiles. This rust preventive agent is known as Daishin (product name) and Chihiro (product name).
One or a mixture of two or more of these can be selected. The mixing ratio of this rust preventive agent and the alkali metal acetate is changed as appropriate depending on the environment such as the temperature of the place of use and the condition of the road surface, and is 30 to 50 parts of the rust preventive to 50 to 70 parts of the alkali metal acetate. selected within the range.
Additionally, malic acid is added to such a mixture. This malic acid is a food additive and is generally used as a digestive agent, chemical cleaning agent, mordant, rust preventive, and cement additive. When added to snow melting agents, it has odor and rust prevention effects and snow melting effects. and sustainability. It also has a PH adjustment effect, and the above mixture
By mixing 0.1 to 0.4 parts per 100 parts, the snow melting agent is kept at a pH of 6.5 to 7.2, near neutrality. An anti-slip agent obtained by impregnating gravel or crushed stone with a mixture of an alkali metal acetate, a rust inhibitor, and malic acid as described above is used by being sprayed on a road surface. In this state of use, the gravel or crushed stone is adjusted to a predetermined particle size, and ice burns on the road surface are melted by the snow-melting agent impregnated into the gravel or crushed stone. Therefore, since the gravel or crushed stones are bitten into the ice burn from the beginning of use, the anti-slip effect is exhibited. Furthermore, over time, ice burns disappear due to the snow melting agent, eliminating slips on the road surface, and since the snow melting agent is impregnated with gravel or crushed stone, it can retain its snow melting power for a long period of time. generation can be suppressed. Further, since the snow melting agent itself is harmless, environmental pollution can be prevented, and the rust preventive agent mixed therewith can prevent rust on vehicle bodies and structures. Table 1 below shows an example of the formulation of the anti-slip agent according to the present invention. In the same table, Osband (trade name) is a disinfectant and is mixed as necessary.

This gravel or crushed stone is then washed with water to remove mud and dust adhering to its surface, and then heated to 250 to 300°C to dry and activate it. On the other hand, the snow melting agent is mixed at a set mixing ratio and is supplied in the form of a solution dissolved in water. This solution is then sprayed onto heated gravel or crushed stone. Because the gravel or crushed stone is heated to a high temperature, the water in the solution evaporates, and since it is in an active state, the snow melting agent in the solution is easily impregnated into the gravel or crushed stone, preventing slips. The agent is manufactured. <Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, slips are prevented by using gravel or crushed stone whose particle size is adjusted, and ice burns are eliminated and their formation is prevented by a snow melting agent impregnated into gravel or crushed stones. Since the anti-slip effect is suppressed, the anti-slip effect can be maintained for a long period of time. Furthermore, snow melting agents are harmless and do not pollute the environment.
