油加熱用ヒータ、６……作動油、８……排気管、
１０ａ……作動油抜出口、１０ｂ……作動油注入
口、１４……油拡散ポンプ。

Claims (1)
- 作動油を貯えたケーシングと、同ケーシング壁
に設けた作動油加熱用ヒータと、上記作動油から
発生した蒸気をケーシング内を経て排気管へ排出
するノズルとを具えた油拡散ポンプにおいて、前
記ケーシングの上部に作動油注入口を設け、同ケ
ーシングの下部に作動油抜出口を設けたことを特
徴とする油拡散ポンプ。
