筒において一定時間毎に交互に行うようにした圧
力スウイング式混合ガス分離装置において、前記
流入口側の未処理の混合ガスの圧力及び温度と該
未処理の混合ガスまたは前記吐出口側の処理済み
ガスの流量に基づいて負荷率を算出する演算装置
を設けるとともに、該負荷率を表示する表示装置
