Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野］この発明は、腰痛の牽引治療器に
関するものである。
［従来の技術］従来は５図に示すように、腰痛治療の為
の牽引治療装置は、わきの下のまわりにベツド上部につ
ながるベルトを巻き上半身を固定し、また腰部に別のベ
ルトを巻きつけ、そのベルトにつけたワイヤーをモータ
ーで巻くことによって牽引するという形のものであった
。したがって装置自体が非常に大がかりなものになり、
その装置がある医院でしか治療が受けられないという問
題点があった。
［実施例］本発明の実施例を１〜５図に基すいて説明す
る。
１は金属製の支柱である。２は胸部に装着される金具、
３は腰部に装着される金具である。支柱１は中空のパイ
プ状の１ａとそれより細い１ｂからなり１ｂが１ａの中
に差し込まれて出し入れできるようになっており、それ
によって支柱１全体の長さが伸び縮みするようになって
いる。
胸部装着金具２は支柱１ａに固定されており、腰部装着
金具３は支柱１ｂに固定されている。したがって支柱１
を伸び縮みさせることによって、胸部装着金具２と腰部
装着金具３の間の距離を変えることができる。その動作
は支柱１ａに組み込まれたネジ４及びストッパー７によ
ってできる。つまりネジ４を回すことによって歯車６が
回り、それが噛みあっている支柱１ｂに刻まれた凹凸を
動かす、それによって支柱１の長さはのびる。また歯車
６は歯車５とストッパー７によって、支柱１の長さを伸
ばす方向にしか回転しないようになっている。逆に回転
させる場合にはストッパー７を上げればよい、そうすれ
ば支柱１ｂは支柱１ａの中に入り込み支柱１全体の長さ
は縮む。
そしてこの器具を４図のように仰臥して装着する。
胸部装着金具２を胸のわきの下の位置、腰部装着金具３
をいわゆるウェストの骨盤上部にあて、支柱１の長さは
この器具を使用する本人のわきの下から骨盤上部までの
長さより若干短めにしておいて装着する。そしてネジ４
を回すことによって支柱１をのばす、それによって胸部
装着金具２と腰部装着金具３の間の距離が次第に伸び、
胸部と腰部がだんだん引き離されることにより牽引をす
ることになるのである。器具を外す時はストッパー７を
上げ支柱１の長さを縮め、わきの下と骨盤上部にかかる
力をゆるめはずせばよい。
［発明の効果］この発明は実施例に示すように伸び縮み
する支柱による腰痛牽引治療器具なので、装置の大きさ
が小さくてすみ構造も簡単で家庭などでも手軽に牽引療
法を実施することができ、そのために不規則になりがち
な通院の場合よりも早期の治療効果も期待できるのであ
る。

３図はネジ４、歯車５，６及びストッパー７の周辺の拡
大断面図、第４図は本発明を装着した場合の斜視図、第
５図は従来例の斜視図である■、１ａ、１ｂは支柱。２
は胸部装着金具、３は腰部装着金具、４はネジ、５．６
は歯車、７はストッパーである。
