  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 押出成形されたポリエチレン管から成るポ
    リエチレン流体輸送管において、前記ポリエチレ
    ン管の上に設けられたテープ巻保護層を備え、前
    記テープ巻保護層はポリエチレンまたはポリ塩化
    ビニル製の支持体の片面にブチルゴムコンパウン
    ドまたはゴム・アスフアルトコンパウンドの接着
    層をコーテイングした保護テープをその接着層を
    内側にして巻き付けて形成されていることを特徴
    とするポリエチレン流体輸送管。 (2) 請求項第１項に記載のポリエチレン流体輸
    送管であつて、前記ポリエチレン管の上に座床層
    を介して設けられたテープ巻補強層を備え、前記
    テープ巻補強層は前記座床層の上に複数枚の亜鉛
    鍍鋼帯またはステンレス鋼帯を巻き付けて形成さ
    れ、前記テープ巻保護層は前記テープ巻補強層の
    上に形成されていることを特徴とするポリエチレ
    ン流体輸送管。
