在に装着される交換式トナーカートリツジのトナ
ー残量を磁気センサーを用いて検出するようにし
たトナー残量検出装置において、 前記磁気センサを、前記交換式トナーカートリ
ツジを収納する現像装置本体側であつて、しかも
前記交換式トナーカートリツジを前記現像装置本
体内に装着した際、該交換式トナーカートリツジ
の底面部に密着するように配設したことを特徴と
するトナー残量検出装置。
