本発明は、いぶし調装飾部品の製造方法に関す

この方法は、バフ研磨のとき、バフが装飾部品の
形状によつて、装飾部品の表面に均一に当たらな
いため、黒クロムめつき層が平均的に、且つまだ
ら状に除去されず、貴金属色の強い部品と黒色の
強い部分が偏在し、良好のいぶし調を得ることは
不可能であつた。又、装飾部品の形状によつてバ
フ研磨が多くかかる部分では、貴金属めつき層が
研磨され、特に装飾部品のエツヂ部の貴金属めつ
き膜厚が激しく減少し、素材面が露出することに
なり耐食性品質の低下を招ねく浮く欠点があつ
た。

実施例 1

Kg/cm2の圧力にてホーニング処理を行ない、黒ク
ロム層をいぶし調に除去し均一な金色いぶし外観

圧力にてホーニング処理を行ない、黒クロム層
を、いぶし調に除去し均一な白色いぶし外観を有
する時計ケースを得た。尚、実施例2に於いて、
貴金属めつき材料として、パラジユーム単独でも

くられたいぶし調のものと遜色のないものが得ら
れた。また、作業性についても、ホーニング処理
で行なうので熟練度を必要とせず、その上、ホー
ニング処理後の洗浄も簡単となり、作業性が極め
て容易になつた。
