17を配置する。そして第3図のようにポンチ1
7によつてパンチング状態で、その第二板状部材
14を突いていく。この作業によつて、第一板状
部材13の透孔15には第二板状部材14の素材
が変形されて埋まるように圧入されこの圧入され
る素材の量はポンチ17によつて第二板状部材1
4に形成されるポンチ穴18(第4図参照)と同
一体積となる。

題があつた。また第5図のように透孔15の下方
からも突く方法では、第二板状部材14の素材が
複雑な塑性変形に耐えられず、ひび割れを生じる
等の問題があり、いずれの方法を用いても固定強
度が十分ではないという問題があつた。
