パウンドマイターソーに適用した第一実施例に係
る左側面図である。第２図は、同上の正面図であ
る。第３図及び第４図は上記切断角度可変丸鋸装
置の要部拡大縦断面図であつて、第３図はＬ形ブ
ラケツトを楔板で固定した状態を示し、第４図は
Ｌ形ブラケツトの楔板による固定を解除した状態
を示す。第５図は第４図における−断面図で
ある。第６図は本考案の切断角度可変丸鋸装置を
コンパウンドマイターソーに適用した第二実施例
に係る左側面図である。第７図は一従来例に係る
切断角度可変丸鋸装置（コンパウンドマイターソ
ー）の左側面図である。第８図は他の従来例に係
る切断角度可変丸鋸装置（コンパウンドマイター

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ベース上に回転テーブルが設けられ、該回転テ
    ーブルに丸鋸が昇降可能に支持され、該丸鋸を下
    降して該ベース上に載置する被削材を切断する構
    成であつて、 該被削材の後側面を受承するフエンスが、ベー
    ス後端寄りの所要位置に設けられているとともに
    、 回転テーブルを挟む両側において、前記フエン
    スまたは前記ベースに対してスライド調整可能に
    固定される棒状のＬ形ブラケツトと、雄ねじ部の
    一端に押圧体、他端につまみ部がそれぞれ設けら
    れたねじクランプと備え、該雄ねじ部が該Ｌ形ブ
    ラケツトに穿設された雌ねじに螺合され、被削材
    をフエンスと共同して水平方向の前後から挟んで
    クランプするか、上から押圧してクランプするク
    ランプ手段が設けられている構成である切断角度
    可変丸鋸装置において、 前記Ｌ形ブラケツトを通している前記フエンス
    または前記ベースに穿設されたブラケツト収容孔
    に外部に露出する楔板収容室が設けられ、該楔板
    収容室に楔板が収容され、かつ、該楔板の一端が
    外部に突出されてロツク解除レバー部とされてい
    るとともに、該楔板に穿設されたブラケツト挿通
    孔に該Ｌ形ブラケツトが通され、該楔板の内端部
    が該Ｌ形ブラケツトの軸方向に移動しないように
    該楔板収容室の一側に掛止され、かつ該楔板の外
    端側が付勢手段によつて付勢されることにより該
    楔板が該Ｌ形ブラケツトの軸線に対して所要の方
    向に傾斜されて楔作用により該Ｌ形ブラケツトを
    固定するように構成されていることを特徴とする
    切断角度可変丸鋸装置。
