The present invention relates to a golden copper alloy used as a substitute for decorative gold alloys. With the recent efforts to save resources, golden alloy materials are required as a substitute for decorative gold alloys. In general, one of the requirements for decorative items is good corrosion resistance. Furthermore, since these ornaments are subjected to complex processing for decorative purposes, they are also required to be easy to process and to have a color close to golden yellow. Incidentally, an alloy used as a decorative golden material is a brass alloy consisting of 30wt% Zn and the balance Cu, but this alloy has the drawbacks of poor corrosion resistance and difficulty in processing into complex shapes. The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and aims to provide a decorative golden-colored copper alloy that is a copper-based alloy and has excellent corrosion resistance and workability, and has a golden color. . The decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention has Al2.5~
It is an alloy consisting of 10wt%, precious metals 1.1 to 1.8wt%, and the balance Cu. In the decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention,
The reason for adding Al is that when Al forms an alloy with Cu, it forms a stable oxide film on the surface, improving corrosion resistance and producing a golden-colored alloy.
This is because if the content is less than 2.5wt%, the effect will be weak, and if it exceeds 10wt%, intermetallic compounds will be formed, making it difficult to process into a thin plate. In addition, the reason for adding precious metals is to further improve the corrosion resistance of the Cu-Al alloy by adding a small amount of precious metals, and if it is less than 1.1wt%, the effect will be weak.
This is because even if the content exceeds 1.8wt%, no significant changes are observed. The precious metals mentioned here are Au,
This includes Ag, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir, and Os. Examples and conventional examples will be described below in order to clarify the effects of the decorative golden copper alloy according to the present invention. The color, workability, and sweat resistance of the decorative golden-colored copper alloys of Examples 1 to 3 and the conventional examples 1 and 2 of the compositions shown in Table 1 were tested. The results shown in the table were obtained.

Judgment was made after immersion for 240 hours at a liquid temperature of 40°C with a liquid composition of lactic acid 15g/PH4.7. As is clear from the above, the decorative golden-colored copper alloy according to the present invention has superior sweat resistance and processability, and has a golden color, compared to conventional decorative golden-colored copper alloys. . As detailed above, the decorative golden-colored copper alloy of the present invention has excellent sweat resistance, workability, and has a golden color, so it can be used to replace conventional decorative golden-colored copper alloys. It can be said that it is a groundbreaking thing that can be done.
