冷媒流路を有する複数個の冷却管と、上記ポンプ
により圧送された冷媒を上記複数個の冷却管に冷
媒を分配するマニホルド1と上記複数個の冷却管
より冷媒を回収するマニホルド2と、上記マニホ
ルド2の下流側におかれ、上記マニホルド2と複
数個の冷却管内の圧力を調整する圧力調整器と、
上記圧力調整器と上記リザーバ間にあり冷媒を冷
却する二次冷却器と、上記複数個の冷却管とマニ
ホルド1間を各々接続する複数個の極小径管より
構成されることを特徴とする低沸点冷媒を循環し
