(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) That is, the method shown in FIG.
In order to apply lubricating oil to the entire length of mandrel 2 in advance, insert it into the cylindrical member (steel pipe) 9, and pull it out at the same time as the cylindrical member, it is necessary to remove dirt and lubricating oil that have adhered to the surface of the mandrel 12 in advance. After repeating the process of spraying the degreasing liquid by the annular nozzle 19 built in the degreasing device 20 and passing it through the brush 21 twice, the degreasing liquid is further passed through the drying device 22, and after the degreasing and drying is completed, lubricating oil is supplied. A device 23 applies lubricating oil to the entire length of the mandrel. Therefore, in order to apply oil over the entire length of the mandrel, preliminary treatment such as degreasing and drying is essential, and the degreasing and drying equipment described above is required, and the processing time is slow, resulting in poor work efficiency and poor equipment performance. The processing process is complicated and has many problems such as difficulty in adjusting the nozzle flow rate brush, and the degreasing, drying, and lubricating oil supply devices are arranged on the line, making the mandrel conveyance line long, and the degreasing and drying equipment. In addition to this, it also required environmental protection equipment, which resulted in higher equipment costs.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In FIG. 1, 9 is a steel pipe to be cored, 17 is a die, and 10
is a pinch roll for steel pipes, 2 is a charging guide, 12 is a mandrel, 11 is a plug, and charging guide 2
A steel pipe clamp device 1 according to the present invention is disposed between the steel tube clamping device 1 and the die 17, and a lubricating oil supply device is disposed behind the charging guide 2. Furthermore, the clamping device 1 can clamp the steel pipe 9 in a pinched manner by operating the clamping cylinder 8, and at the same time can charge the steel pipe 9 into the charging guide 2 while the steel pipe 9 is clamped by the clamp forward/backward cylinder 14. It is configured to be movable. The lubricating oil supply device includes a recovery tank 6 for lubricating oil 18, a pump 7, a nozzle lifting cylinder 5, a nozzle forward/backward moving cylinder 4, a nozzle 3, and a used lubricating oil recovery device 15. The nozzle 3 is aligned with the center of the steel pipe 9, and the nozzle 3 is inserted into the rear end of the steel pipe 9 using the nozzle reciprocating cylinder 4 to supply lubricating oil.

The operation of the device of the present invention will be explained with reference to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the mandrel traveling type plug pulling process, the steel pipe 9 is taken in with the mandrel 12 retracted, and is fed back by the steel pipe pinch rollers 10, stopped between the clamping device 1 and the charging guide 2, and is then moved against the charging guide 2. In order to center the rear end of the steel pipe 9, it is restrained by a clamping device 1, and while it is restrained, it is introduced into a charging guide 2, which is wide at both ends and narrow at the center, and can be replaced depending on the size of the steel pipe. Then, push it into the central tapered part of the charging guide 2, set the steel pipe position in the line direction, and fix it. In this state, the nozzle lift cylinder 5 is used to lower the nozzle, the nozzle forward and backward movement cylinder 4 is used to advance the nozzle 3, the nozzle 3 is charged into the steel pipe via the charging guide 2, the circuit of the pump 7 is turned on and off, and the nozzle tip is moved forward. Inject a certain amount of lubricating oil from
Retract and raise the nozzle 3. After the nozzle retreats and rises,
The mandrel 12 with the plug 11 attached to the tip of the mandrel is advanced by the mandrel pinch roll 13, and the plug 11 is inserted into the steel pipe through the charging guide 2.
The lubricating oil supplied into the steel pipe is applied to the tip of the plug and around the plug, and the lubricating oil is applied to the inner wall of the steel pipe by moving it forward at high speed inside the steel pipe while it is attached. Oil pool in the part 16

The lubricating oil 16 adhering to the tip of the plug is filled into the gap between the steel pipe 9 and the plug 11 by pressing the plug 11 against the constricted portion of the steel pipe. The lubricating oil used for this core drawing has a high viscosity that does not flow out from the rear end until the nozzle 3 moves back and up and the plug is inserted. The lubricating oil used for this core drawing is of a high viscosity and does not flow out from the rear end until the nozzle 3 moves back and up and the plug is inserted. It is a lubricating oil that is difficult to drip from the plug 11 even when the plug is pulled out, supports the enormous compressive force when the plug is pulled out, and reduces sliding friction. The oil pool 16 enhances the lubrication effect during pulling out,
Excess lubricating oil at the end of the drawing is returned to the tank 6 via the recovery device 15. After the drawing is completed, the mandrel 12 is moved back to a position matching the length of the steel pipe 9 using the mandrel pinch rolls 13, and the next drawing operation can be repeated continuously.
