``Conventional technology'' Traditionally, mulch and shibana mulch are laid on the floor, and are difficult to use as wall materials. If you spread them out on a wall and simply adhere them to the same wall with adhesive, the adhesive strength is poor and the weight of the lint is too high. Because it easily peels off, it has been difficult to use it as a commercial wall material.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' The purpose of the present invention is to easily obtain a wall material that is highly decorative, heat-retaining, and absorbs nitrogen oxide by using mulberry or garland that is originally laid on the floor for an upright wall. .

"Means for Solving the Problems" The present invention involves applying an adhesive to the upper surface of a sheet or plate placed on a surface plate, spreading a ram on the top of the adhesive, and applying the upper surface of the ram to the press surface. Press it against a surface plate to compress the strips of the strips so that the bottom surface of the strips is flatly adhered to the sheet or plate, and then raise the press surface to flatten the top surface of the strips. A method for producing wall material that is characterized by slightly swelling.

``Function'' Therefore, as the above-mentioned exhibited mold is pressed against the surface plate by the press surface, the threads of the mold become flat against the elasticity of the spongy material inside, and the lower surface also becomes flat and adheres. The agent adheres and condenses, causing the lower surface to adhere to the sheet or board in a flat state. After that, when the pressing surface is raised, the upper surface can be slightly bulged due to the elasticity of the spongy material. The elasticity of the spongy material is added to the pressing force by the press surface, and the voids on the lower surface of the cup are eliminated by the flexibility of the spongy material.

"Example" A sheet of waterproof paper or plywood material 2 with a width of 3 feet and a length of 6 feet is placed on the top surface of a flat iron surface plate 1 (first
), and synthetic resin adhesive 3 (bond, etc.) on the top surface.
Apply with a roll (Figure 2). On the upper surface of this adhesive 3, a flower pod 4 having approximately the same size as above is spread (FIG. 3). The inflorescence 4 has a straw strip 5 for its latitudinal stripes, and each straw strip 5 has a spongy material 7 inside an outer skin 6, as shown in FIG. The press surface 8 of a press is placed on the upper surface of the punch 4 thus formed, and pressed downward toward the surface plate 1. The pressing force is 50 tons (100 tons is required for a plate), and when pressing, the adhesive 3 and the upper and lower parts thereof are heated to 100° C., and the pressing time is 40 seconds, so that the adhesive 3 solidifies. In this way, the strips 5 are compressed flat against the elasticity of the sponge material 7, and their lower surfaces are flatly adhered to the upper surface of the sheet or plywood material 2, and the lower surfaces of the threads 4 are attached to the upper surface of the sheet or plywood material 2. Adhere and adhere without any gaps. Thereafter, the press surface 8 is raised, and a sunscreen, anti-discoloration agent, preservative, etc. is applied to the surface of the press 4 by spraying, and the press 5 is pressed.
The outer skin 6 and the spongy material 7 can be moistened and dried, or the spongy material 7 can be slightly swollen over time to restore elasticity and increase the unevenness. Then, glued to the sheet as described above 4
In this case, an adhesive is further applied to the back side of the sheet and the sheet is installed in an upright wall, and when the sheet is adhered to the board material 2 as described above, the wall is formed from the same board material 2.

``Effects'' Since the present invention is based on the above-mentioned method, not only can the bead laid on the floor be used as a decorative wall, but also the lower surfaces of the bead 4 and the ink strip 5 are adhered to the sheet or board 2 flatly without any gaps. It improves the strength and provides a wall that is difficult to peel off from the upright wall, and unlike the printed pattern, the surface unevenness is formed by the threads, and the spongy texture 7 of the threads 5 is restored, resulting in decorative properties, heat retention, and
A wall material with high NOx absorption properties can be obtained. In addition, since the pressing force from the press surface 8 and the elasticity of the sponge material 7 are combined, the pressing force from the press machine can be reduced, and moreover, the press 4 can be strongly pressed into the sheet or plate material 2.
It is possible to easily obtain a wall material that can closely adhere to and adhere to the walls and have the above-mentioned effects.
