Conventionally, to apply emulsion-like or powder-like cosmetics (foundation, etc.), a sponge alone or a so-called sponge puff, which is a sponge with short fibers implanted on its surface, has been used. Although the sponge contained the cosmetics well, the cosmetics and dirt to be applied were absorbed into the interior of the sponge, resulting in not only wasted cosmetics, but also unsatisfactory makeup application. In addition, these sponge puffs are quite expensive, so rather than discarding them each time, the actual situation is that the cosmetics and dirt absorbed inside the sponge are washed from time to time and used repeatedly. However, this poses a hygiene problem because cosmetics and dirt that have been absorbed deep inside the sponge cannot be easily removed.

Since such conventional cosmetic cotton mainly uses hydrophilic fibers as a water-retaining material, once the lotion is squeezed out from the skin surface during use, the fiber web shrinks and loses its thickness, resulting in a significant decrease in the feeling of use. It has its drawbacks.

る。 In addition, although decorative cotton made by laminating and cutting absorbent cotton has an excellent texture, it has the disadvantage that the short fibers that fall off after use adhere to the skin. To prevent this, products whose surface is covered with non-woven fabric also have a poor texture when dry. It has various problems such as misalignment between the absorber and the surface layer when wet during use, peeling, and deformation of the entire absorbent layer.

It can be used alone or in a mixture of a plurality of resins. When used, these resins may be in the form of an emulsion dispersed in water or a solution dissolved in an organic solvent, and the emulsifiers and organic solvents used to obtain these forms are generally known. Alternatively, the method can be made using a known method. In addition, these resins can contain a crosslinking agent if necessary, but considering the ease with which they slip on the skin during use, the smaller the amount of crosslinking agent, the lower the coefficient of friction on the surface. Since the anti-slip property is reduced, it is preferable as a sponge puff substitute.

It would be better if the sponge puffs could be used differently depending on the purpose of use, but considering the performance, hygiene, cost, etc. of conventional sponge puffs, it is not necessarily necessary to limit them to dual functionality. It may also be used as a stand-alone substitute.

The cosmetic sheet of the present invention has a glass transition temperature of 0 when applying emulsion-like or powder-like cosmetics.
Since the polymer having a temperature of 0.degree. In addition, it can be manufactured at an extremely low cost compared to sponge puffs, and can be used as a disposable item, making it sanitary. In addition, when applying lotion or wiping off creams, polymers with a glass transition temperature of 0°C or lower play the role of a binder by binding together the fibers of the sheet-like material that forms the fiber aggregate. There is no deformation of the shape.

Polypropylene 2 denier 51mm and polyethylene and polypropylene composite fiber 1.5 denier 51mm.
A product of the present invention was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 by printing on both sides of a heat-bonded nonwoven fabric (fiber aggregate) having a basis weight of 85 g/m 2 and having a weight ratio of 35:45.

This type is provided on both sides, and its purpose is only for applying emulsion-like or powder-like cosmetics. The obtained cosmetic sheet had a good texture and was able to effectively apply the cosmetic to the face.

When the mixed layer 1 side of the following polymer and foamed foamed polymer beads is used when applying emulsion-like or powder-like cosmetics, the cosmetics will not be absorbed into the fiber web 5 and the cosmetics will be applied. could be effectively applied to the face. In addition, when the nonwoven fabric 6 side is used to apply lotion, it has an excellent feeling of use (there is no loss of thickness and a decrease in the feeling of use),
It was also extremely easy to use and did not lose its shape.
