(Prior Art) A method for producing a flocked fabric is well known, in which a base fabric is coated with an adhesive, placed in an electric field, and short fibers are caused to fly in the electric field to be flocked. (For example, August 1, 1979, Published by Kobunshi Kankokai, Actual Flock Processing) However, in the flocked fabric obtained by this type of flocked fabric manufacturing method, the adhesive penetrates into the fabric grains, blocking them and making them breathable. There was no such thing.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The method for producing a breathable flocked fabric of the present invention, which attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems, uses an extremely thin synthetic resin system that hardens when the surface of the breathable fabric reaches a predetermined temperature or higher. After flocking short fibers through the adhesive layer, the breathable fabric is heated to a temperature at which the synthetic resin adhesive layer hardens while applying tension and vibration to the breathable fabric in the synthetic resin adhesive layer. It is characterized by forming ventilation pores in areas corresponding to the grain of the fabric.

In the present invention, an extremely thin synthetic resin adhesive layer is first formed on the breathable fabric, which hardens when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature or higher. A block-type polyurethane resin liquid, which exhibits excellent adhesive properties when heated to a certain degree, is coated on release paper with a very thin layer of synthetic resin adhesive that hardens when heated further and reaches a certain temperature. Approximately 60% of the solvent in the synthetic resin adhesive is evaporated with hot air, a long breathable fabric is laminated on top of this, the fabric is turned over, and the release paper is peeled off. Further, the flocking means uses a well-known flocking device, for example, by advancing the breathable fabric having the synthetic resin adhesive layer formed on its surface and passing it through a heated flocking chamber, so that the synthetic resin adhesive layer is It is sufficient to make it exhibit sufficient adhesion ability by heating to a certain degree and then implant short fibers therein. After flocking, a take-up roller applies tension in the longitudinal direction and also on both sides to widen the weave while heating the synthetic resin adhesive to a temperature at which it hardens, and a vibrator is applied to the back side of the breathable fabric. When vibration is applied, the synthetic resin adhesive layer covering the surface of the threads constituting the breathable fabric becomes perforated in the fabric part expanded by the tension, vibration, and shrinkage during hardening, and becomes breathable. This results in the formation of sexual pores. The coating thickness of the adhesive is extremely thin and cannot be easily measured, but it suffices as long as it can be applied evenly to the surface of the breathable fabric and the short fibers can be bonded and solidified in the flocking process. The temperature of the heat treatment varies depending on the type of synthetic resin adhesive, but when using a block-type polyurethane resin liquid like the one described above, the adhesive will not soften if it is less than 70°C, and the temperature will exceed 90°C.
If the temperature exceeds .degree. C., the adhesive will begin to harden and the adhesion of short fibers will decrease in the subsequent flocking process, so a temperature of about 70 to 90.degree. C. is preferable. Further, the structure of the vibrator that vibrates the breathable fabric from the back side is not particularly limited, but the structure of the vibrator is not particularly limited. It is preferable to use rollers that are arranged perpendicularly as the main body, and to alternately move the rollers up and down one by one to apply slight vibrations to the breathable fabric. Note that this vibration may be performed before hair transplantation. After flocking, the fibers are cured by heating to the curing temperature of the adhesive, while excess short fibers generated during electrostatic flocking are lifted up by vibration and sucked up by a vacuum device for reuse or disposal.

(Example) While advancing a long release paper 3 used for adhesive tape, a block-shaped polyurethane resin liquid (trade name: special adhesive manufactured by Seiko Kasei Co., Ltd.
DX-910) is uniformly applied in an ultra-thin thickness to form a synthetic resin adhesive layer 2, and hot air is blown onto this to volatilize about 60% of the solvent in the liquid while forming the knitted fabric as breathable fabric 1. A knitted fabric was attached, and this was wound up into a roll together with release paper 3. Next, this roll is transferred to a flocking process, and while being pulled out from one end, the release paper 3 is removed to expose the adhesive layer on the surface.
80℃ in the heating pretreatment chamber 5 of the hair transplantation device as shown in the figure.
After being heated and pretreated, the fabric is flocked in a flocking chamber 6, and a vibrator 7 using a roller 4 applies tension to the back side of the breathable fabric 1 while applying slight vibrations in the longitudinal and width directions to suck out excess short fibers. The adhesive was heated to 150±2°C in curing room 8 to harden the product, and when the product was put to the mouth and breathed out, it showed almost the same breathability as before hair transplantation.
It showed much better air permeability than the flocked fabric made using conventional manufacturing methods, which has almost no air permeability.

(Effects of the Invention) The method for producing a breathable flocked fabric of the present invention involves stretching and vibrating a breathable fabric flocked with a synthetic resin adhesive layer that hardens when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature or higher while heating. It is possible to mass-produce breathable flocked fabric by simply perforating the synthetic resin adhesive layer in the area corresponding to the expanded grain of the fabric to form countless ventilation pores. This breathable flocked fabric has extremely fine fibers and the surface is covered with short fibers, so it has an appearance no different from conventional flocked fabrics, and can be used for a wide range of applications such as clothing fabrics, upholstery for chairs, and more. As a manufacturing method, it has made an extremely large contribution to the development of the industry.
