方向に向け移動可能なように磁性材料からなる基
部側が緩嵌合され、かつ、その基部側から延出す
る自由端側にワーク搬送用の荷台が形成された搬
送手段と、 上記支持部材に、その支持部材の長手方向に沿
つて移動可能に装着され、上記搬送手段を搬送用
パイプの軸心に向け吸引する電磁石とともに、上
記ガイドレールに搬送手段を浮上状態に位置決め
するセンサーを有する吸引・浮上手段と、 上記吸引・浮上手段にて上記ガイドレールから
浮上する搬送手段を上記搬送用パイプの長手方向
に向け進退動せしめる牽引手段と、 から構成されていることを特徴とする真空室内搬
