ともニーデイングデイスクよりも基端側となる内
周面に多数の凹所が形成されたバレルと、該バレ
ルの先端部に固着されたダイスホルダと、該バレ
ルの外周に具えたヒータと、該バレルに内挿され
る単軸スクリユとを具え、該単軸スクリユが、該
バレル内に回転自在に内挿されるスクリユ軸と、
該スクリユ軸に相対回動不能に外嵌され、混練ゾ
ーンとなるスクリユ軸の中央部に配されるニーデ
イングデイスクと、該スクリユ軸に相対回動不能
に外嵌され、該ニーデイングデイスクの前後に配
されると共に多重フライトが形成された複数個の
スクリユ要素とを具えることを特徴とする単軸ス
クリユ混練機。 (2) バレルが、一対の半円筒状部材に分割され
た外筒と、同様に分割されて各半円筒状部材内に
固着され、内周面に多数の凹所が形成されたライ
ナとからなる請求項(1)記載の単軸スクリユ混練
機。 (3) ダイスホルダが、小間隙を有するしぼり金
とダイスとを具える請求項(1)又は(2)記載の単軸
