囲成したスクリーンバスケツト２と、該スクリー
ンバスケツト２の原料流入側に沿つて接近移動す
るロータ形のアジテータ３とを備えた製紙用スク
リーンにおいて、前記アジテータ３の回転軸４の
挿通穴を有するランナ５の周囲に筒体６を形成し
、この筒体外周に翼片７を設けたドラムロータで
アジテータ３を構成したものであつて、前記筒体
６の端部をスクリーンバスケツト２の中途で終わ
らせ、該筒体端縁６１より翼片７を突設してスク
リーンバスケツト２の下流側周囲に近接配備した
ことを特徴とした製紙用スクリーンにおけるアジ
テータ。 (2) 前記アジテータ３が筒体６の両端面にラン
ナ５，５１を備えた密閉ドラムロータであつて、
スクリーンバスケツト２の内周に回転自在に備え
られ、該スクリーンバスケツト内部を上流側と下
流側とに３：５〜５：５に区画したものである請
