    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツクヒータ素子を挟む電極に平行して通
    風孔が形成されており、該通風孔に空気を流通さ
    せるように通風路に配設されたセラミツクヒータ
    本体と、該セラミツクヒータ本体の電極表面と通
    風路内面とに弾性的に局部接触してセラミツクヒ
    ータ本体を通風路に間〓を設けて保持する端子板
    とを具備することを特徴とするセラミツクヒータ
    。
