Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ハウジングと、該ハウジングにベアリング
を介して支承されるシヤフトと、該シヤフトの一
端に嵌装されるインペラと、前記シヤフト上の前
記ベアリングと該インペラとの間に配設されるシ
ール手段と、前記ハウジング内部の前記ベアリン
グと該シール手段との間に形成される背室とを有
するウオーターポンプにおいて、前記背室内の前
記ベアリングと前記シール手段との間に空気還流
手段を配設し、前記ハウジングの該空気還流手段
より前記シール手段側に前記背室と外部とを連通
する連通孔を穿設したウオーターポンプ。 (2) 前記空気還流手段は、前記シヤフト上に配
設されたフアンと、前記ハウジングに固設され入
口及び出口を有し前記シヤフトとの間に隙間を形
成する還流部材とから成ることを特徴とする請求
項(1)記載のウオーターポンプ。
