Claims (1)
- 溶接部等の被検査部に沿つて移動させられる可
動支持枠と、この可動支持枠に前記被検査部に向
かつて突出するるように取り付けられ、側壁が蛇
腹状に形成されて伸縮自在とされた筒状体と、こ
の筒状体の先端側に固定された探触子と、前記筒
状体内の圧力を調整しつつ前記被検査部の表面形
状に合わせて伸縮させる圧力調整手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする超音波探傷装置。
