Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 素子ホルダ内に保持ゴムを介して超音波素子に
取付けて構成される超音波振動子において、 前記保持ゴムは筒状に形成され表面に所定間隔
毎に線状突起を形成し、該突起の先端部を素子ホ
ルダの内面に接触させ空気層を介して前記超音波
素子を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする超音
波振動子。
