Claims (1)
- 容器を収容する器本体と、前記容器の上面開口
部を密閉する蓋と、前記容器を加熱するヒータと
、前記容器の温度を検出する容器温度検出手段と
、前記容器内の空気の温度を検出する空気温度検
出手段と、沸騰初期において前記空気温度検出手
段の検出温度に基づき容器内が常圧時より高い蒸
気温度に達した後前記ヒータの加熱量を減少させ
、この後前記容器温度検出手段の検出温度に基づ
き前記ヒータの入力を制御する炊飯制御手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする炊飯器。
