Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体流下板の上方空間部に配設した紫外線殺菌
    灯から同液体流下板面を自重により流下する被殺
    菌液体へ紫外線を照射して液体殺菌を行う液体の
    紫外線による殺菌装置において、前記液体流下板
    面を自重により流下する被殺菌液体の液膜厚を液
    体種毎に最適厚さにするように同液体流下板面の
    傾斜角度を可変にしたことを特徴とする液体の紫
    外線による殺菌装置。
