本实用新型属于医疗卫生消毒用品，特别涉及一种紫外线快速消毒装置。
现有的紫外线消毒器是用紫外灯消毒物品表现，在对物品进行消毒时，紫外线光源和物品都固定在一定的位置，这种消毒的主要缺点是紫外线的强度弱，消毒速度慢，物品不能移动，且物品表面受各方向照射的剂量也不均，导致消毒效果不佳，人们不敢放心地使用有关物品。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消毒效果好且快速的紫外线消毒装置。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作详细描述。
图1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
本实用新型由上、下两板（1）、（2）、支撑架（3）、上、下屏幕（4）、（5）、传送带（6）、电动机（7）和紫外线灯（8）所组成，上、下两板（1）、（2）与支撑架（3）形成一框形结构，在上、下两板中分别附有对紫外线有反射和折射作用的上、下屏幕（4）、（5），上屏幕位于上板（1）的下面，下屏幕位于下板（2）的上面，上、下屏幕中分别装有多支紫外线灯（8），各个灯之间的距离为5.0～15cm。在框形结构中装有一放置被消毒物品的椭园状传送带（6），上屏幕与传送带之间的距离是可调的，一般根据被消毒物品的高矮调节其距离，传送带（6）为网络状结构，用电动机（7）所带动，其传送速度视消毒的物品而调节。由传送带送入的物品在瞬间受到各个方面紫外线的照射，其强度可达5000μW.S／cm3以上，15秒种内即可杀灭细菌芽胞、病毒和各种微生物。
由于本实用新型设置了强紫外线装置和传送带系统，所以物品能够连续进行消毒，无需固定在某个位置，消毒效果彻底，特别适用于医院、实验室、宾馆餐厅和菜果消毒的使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种快速消毒装置，其特征为其由上、下两板(1)、(2)、支撑架(3)、上、下屏幕(4)、(5)、传送带(6)、电动机(7)和紫外线灯(8)所组成，上、下两板(1)、(2)与支撑架(3)形成一框形结构，在上、下两板中分别附有上、下屏幕(4)、(5)，上、下屏幕中分别装有多支紫外线灯(8)；在框形结构中装有一放置被消毒物品的椭园状传送带(6)，其用电动机(7)所带动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种快速消毒装置，其特征为上、下屏幕（4）、（5）中所装的紫外线灯与灯之间的距离为5.0～15cm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种快速消毒装置，其特征为传送带（6）为网络状结构。
