- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハステロイ溶射層と封孔処理材被覆層とセラ
ミツクス接着材被覆層とを組み合わせた多層構造
の被覆層からなる塩化物処理容器における防食構
造。 ２ ハステロイ溶射層が内層、封孔処理剤被覆層
が中間層、セラミツクス接着剤被覆層が外層であ
る請求項１に記載の塩化物処理容器における防食
構造。
