Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate contamination of a green sheet even by a continuous printing by interposing a porous sheet made of paper, mesh, cloth, sponge, etc., between the green sheet to be printed and a porous fixed board. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet 1 in which viaholes 6 are opened is placed on a sheet body 9, and a conductive layer pattern is formed by a screen printing method while sucking from below a porous fixed board 8. In this case, a suction force is operated at the viaholes 6 of the sheet 1 through the board 8 and the body 9, and a conductive layer is also formed in the holes 6. The sheet 1 formed with the layer is removed, and before next green sheet is placed, a winding reel 11 is rotated at a predetermined angle, the body 9 contaminated with conductor paste 5 is wound in a predetermined length, and a new sheet body 9 is supplied. Accordingly, the rear side of the sheet to be newly set is not contaminated with the paste.

Conventional technology When printing a conductive layer with a predetermined pattern using conductive paste on a green sheet with pier holes, it is necessary to metalize the pier holes to ensure electrical continuity on both sides of the green sheet. The printing method shown in Figure 2 was used. That is, a hole slightly larger than the beer hole/1/6 hole is formed in the printing stage 2 at a position corresponding to the beer hole/1/6 of the green sheet 1, and air is sucked through this hole 7. In order to perform screen printing while
After forming the conductive paste layer 6 on the wall and back side of /L/ 6, the conductive paste 5 is formed in the pier hole 6 as shown in FIG.
It was formed into a structure filled with.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional method, the hole position on the printing stage must be changed every time the position of the pier hole in the green sheet changes, which increases the cost of the printing stage and requires more printing. When this happens, the area around the holes in the printing stage becomes contaminated with conductive paste, which is then transferred to the green sheet to be printed next.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the green sheet conductive layer pattern forming apparatus of the present invention includes a green sheet, which is a printing material, on the surface of a fixed substrate made of a first porous material. Second
A conductive layer pattern is formed on the green sheet by screen printing or the like while sucking air through the fixed substrate, and after the formation, the sheet is automatically The structure is such that the shaped body can be moved by a predetermined length.

Effects According to the configuration of the present invention described above, since the sheet-like body interposed between the fixed substrate and the green sheet is porous, suction force also acts on the green sheet through this sheet-like body, and the pier hole portion of the green sheet is The conductive paste is filled in f minutes. In addition, because of this sheet-like material, excess conductive paste that tries to get to the back side is blocked by the sheet-like material, and the dirty sheet-like material is automatically moved after printing and replaced with a new sheet-like material. Since the body is set, the back side of the green sheet will not get dirty with paste.

EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an apparatus for forming a conductive layer pattern on a green sheet according to an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 8 is a fixed substrate made of a rigid porous material such as sintered metal, and 9 is a fixed substrate made of a flexible porous material such as toilet vapor. This is a formed sheet-like body. Both ends of this sheet-like body 9 are fixed to the supply Lee/L/10 and the winding-/I/11, respectively, and the winding! It is configured to be movable on the surface of the porous fixed substrate 8 as J-/L'll rotates.

With the sheet-like body 9 stopped, a green sheet 1 with a via hole lv6 is placed on the sheet-like body 9, and while suction is applied from below the porous fixed substrate 8, a screen is drawn as in the conventional method. A conductive layer pattern 5 is formed by a printing method. At this time, the porous fixed substrate 8 and the sheet-like body 91 are placed in the beer hole /l/6 of the green sheet 1.
An attractive force acts through the pier hole 6, and a conductive layer is formed within the pier hole 6 as well. After the green sheet on which the conductive layer is formed is removed and before the next green sheet is placed, winding-A/1 is performed in conjunction with the green sheet removal operation, for example.
ff is rotated by a predetermined angle, the sheet-like body 9 contaminated with the conductive paste 5 is wound up for a predetermined length, and a new sheet-like body 9 is supplied.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the sheet-like body 9 made of a porous material is set between the green sheet 1 as the printing target and the porous fixed substrate 8, and printing is performed while suctioning the green sheet. Even if the position of beer hole/l/6 of No. 1 changes, there is no need to change the porous fixed substrate 8 which is a printing jig, and by moving the sheet-like body 9, the porous fixed substrate 8
Continuous printing is possible because it does not get dirty. Further, in this embodiment, a screen printing method was used to form the conductive layer pattern, but a metal mask printing method may be used instead of the screen printing method.

By interposing a porous sheet-like material such as mesh, cloth, or sponge, the porous fixed substrate can be shared regardless of the position of the peer hole of the green sheet, resulting in cost reduction. In addition, since the porous fixed substrate is not contaminated with paste when the sheet-shaped body is moved and replaced one after another, continuous printing is possible, and high-quality ceramic multilayer substrates can be obtained efficiently.
