/L/ 6の壁面及び裏側に導電ペースト層6を形成し
たす、第4図に示す如くピアホール6に導電ペースト5

の形成後に自動的に前記シート状体を所定の長さだけ移

され、前記巻取!J−/L’llの回転に伴って、前記
