への装着時には車載バツテリへ接続される車輛用
ルームランプであつて、前記車載バツテリからの
供給電荷を所定デユーテイ比のチヨツパ電荷とす
るチヨツパ回路と、電荷を蓄えてなる充電々池と
、車室内への装着時には前記チヨツパ電荷を選択
し、車室内からの脱却時には前記充電々池の蓄積
電荷を選択し、その選択電荷を被点灯バルブへの
供給電荷とする点灯方法切替回路と、前記充電々
池の所定値を下回る充電々位の下降を検出し該充
電々池に対しての車載バツテリからの供給電荷に
よる充電を開始する充電開始回路と、所定温度を
下回る環境温度を検出し前記充電々池に対しての
充電を禁止する充電禁止回路と、前記充電々池の
所定値を上回る充電々位の上昇を検出し該充電々
池に対しての充電を禁止する過電圧検出回路とを
