Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 油タンクから油圧ポンプにより作動油を汲み上
    げこの作動油により駆動する油圧モータの下流側
    に放熱器を設置した油圧回路と、蒸発器を空調風
    路中に配置した冷凍回路とを備え、該冷凍回路の
    圧縮機を該油圧モータの回転力により駆動する車
    両用空気調和装置において、 前記油圧モータの回転力を前記圧縮機に伝達或
    いは伝達を解除するクラツチ機構を設けるととも
    に、前記放熱器を前記空調風路中に設け、 前記油圧回路には、前記放熱器の下流側と前記
    油圧ポンプの吸入側とを連結するバイパス管を設
    けるとともに、前記油圧モータと該放熱器との間
    に位置し作動油に圧力差を生ぜしめる発熱オリフ
    イスと、該発熱オリフイスへの作動油の流量を規
    制或いは解除する第１切換え手段と、該放熱器か
    ら流出した作動油の該バイパス管への流通を規制
    或いは解除する第２切換え手段と、作動油の温度
    に基づき設定温度に達していないときは該第２切
    換え手段により該バイパス管へ作動油を流通させ
    る制御手段とを設けた ことを特徴とする車両用空気調和装置。
