出するフオトカプラと、該フオトカプラで検出し
たパルス出力の反転区間の時間を計数して平均化
する前記演算制御装置と、該演算制御装置で判別
した商用電源の周波数に基づいてインバータ出力
の電圧/周波数パターンの基底周波数を自動選択
