入治具の一実施例を示す断面図であつて、第１図
は挿入操作準備完了状態を描き、第２図は挿入操
作進行中の状態を描き、第３図は挿入操作完了直
前の状態を描いてある。第４図は上記と異なる実
施例の断面図である。第５図および第６図は、そ
れぞれリング溝にＯリングを挿入した状態を示す
断面図である。 １，１′……ケーシング、１ａ……透孔、１ｂ
……リング溝、１ｃ……大径部、２……シヤフト
、３……Ｏリング、４……ベアリング、５……ス

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透孔の内周面に設けられたリング溝にＯリング
を挿入する治具であつて、 前記の透孔に対して摺動自在に嵌合するフラン
ジ状のストツパと、 上記ストツパに対して同心状に固着されたガイ
ドロツドと、 上記ガイドロツドに対して摺動自在に外嵌され
た、前記の透孔と摺動自在に嵌合する外径を有す
る筒状のプツシヤと 上記プツシヤの先端に形成された円錐面状のテ
ーパ面と、 前記筒状のプツシヤに対して摺動自在に外嵌さ
れたガイドスリーブと、 を具備していることを特徴とする、Ｏリング挿入
治具。
