Claims (1)
- 被測定物に熱伝導性の良好な金属キヤツプを接
触させ且つ該金属キヤツプの内側に感温素子を配
置して上記日測定物の温度を検出する温度センサ
において、上記金属キヤツプの上記被測定物接触
面に凹部を設け、該凹部に上記感温素子を配置し
たことを特徴とする温度センサ。
