光用光フアイバ7へ入射させる光路が形成され、
前記発光用光フアイバ6、受光用光フアイバ7及
び反射体8,9a,9bがハウジング5に一体に
取り付けられて固定されると共に、前記光路を断
続する位置にパルススケール1が配設されている
