Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケースと、このケースの一端部に設けられ
た取付部に取付けられ、導電性板状体の一方の面
に圧電素子を接合し、かつ、他方の面に粉体付着
防止部材を具備してなる圧電センサ部材とを有す
る粉体センサにおいて、前記導電性板状体が前記
取付部の外形とほぼ一致する大きさに形成されて
いることを特徴とする粉体センサ。 (2) 前記粉体付着防止部材がフツ素樹脂である
