(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to longitudinally cut a rectangular parallelepiped cake into a plurality of pieces, a plurality of cutting wire rods are stretched at regular intervals in the movement path of the cake to be fed vertically, and a cake is placed on the cutting wire. A plurality of rod-shaped receiving jigs with a rectangular cross section are arranged in parallel at regular intervals so as to be able to pass between the cutting wires, and these receiving jigs are used to vertically feed the cutting wires from the carry-in side in front of the cut wires to the opposite carry-out side. In order to place and guide the cakes and feed them vertically in a parallel arrangement, there is an elevator frame that supports bearings at regular intervals on flanged rollers that extend horizontally to the receiving jig, and a lifting frame that carries in and out the cakes. A cake cutting device having a cake conveying frame for cutting the cake has been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-26951).

The cake cut by this cutting device is transported to an autoclave by a transport frame while being loaded on a receiving jig, and is steam-cured therein. At this time, cake debris adhering to the receiving jig during cake cutting becomes agglomerated during steam curing and becomes fixed to the receiving jig. On the other hand, the receiving jig may be deformed by heat during autoclave curing. Due to these stuck objects and deformation, it may become difficult to fit the receiving jig into the transport frame or damage the lower part of the cake when it is used repeatedly. I needed to do some cleaning.

In addition, since lightweight aerated concrete plates are manufactured using a mass production system, a huge number of receiving jigs are required, and it is necessary to identify and eliminate defective products that have caused deformation, as well as to thoroughly clean them. Since this is a difficult task and extremely difficult to perform reliably, it is unavoidable that some product panels will be defective.

(Means for Solving the Problem) According to the present invention, the above problem can be solved by stretching a plurality of wire rods at predetermined intervals on a moving path of a semi-cured lightweight aerated concrete cake, and By repeating the operation of placing the cake on a plurality of rod-shaped receiving jigs arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals so as to be able to pass between the two, and vertically feeding the cake from one end of the moving path to the other end. Therefore, in the method of sequentially cutting each of the plurality of cakes into a plurality of pieces, after passing through the wire together with the cake, the rod-shaped receiving jig is separated from the cake at the other end, and then the one end is separated from the cake at the other end. This is achieved by repeated use to return to the side and place a cake that is subsequently carried into the one end side. Further, according to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem can be solved by cutting a plurality of cutting pieces at regular intervals, which are stretched in the movement path of the cake that is fed vertically in order to vertically cut a semi-cured lightweight aerated concrete cake into a plurality of pieces. In order to load cutting wire rods and cakes and feed them vertically from the carry-in side in front of the cutting wire rods to the opposite side to the opposite side, a plurality of rod-shaped receivers with a rectangular cross section are arranged in parallel at regular intervals so as to be able to pass between the cutting wire rods. In order to place and guide the receiving jig and vertically feed the receiving jig in a parallel arrangement state, a lifting mechanism in which flanged rollers extending horizontally with respect to the receiving jig are supported by bearings at regular intervals. In a semi-cured lightweight aerated concrete cake cutting device having a frame and a cake transport frame for carrying in and carrying out the cake, the cake transport frame has a receiving jig on which the cut cake is placed on the carrying-out side. It has a cake holder that receives only the cake when it is lowered together with the flanged roller, and allows the receiving jig to separate from the cake and further descend together with the flanged roller. A driving means is provided to return the ingredients to the carry-in side guided by the flanged roller, and when the receiving jig is moved from the carry-in side to the carry-out side and vice versa, the attachment surface of the open surface of the receiving jig is provided. This is achieved by providing a cleaning device to scrape off the dirt.

(Function) After the receiving jig is loaded with cakes and moved from the carry-in side through the cutting wire to the carry-out side, it is lowered to the cake conveyance frame which is placed on standby below. During the lowering process, the receiving jig transfers the cake to the cake holder of the cake transport frame, and the receiving jig itself is lowered to a position where it is separated from the cake. At the separation and lowering position, the receiving jig is moved over the flanged roller by the driving means and returned to the carrying-in side. When the receiving jig is moved from the carry-in side to the carry-out side during the above-mentioned circulation movement, after passing through the cutting wire, a cleaning device scrapes off any deposits on the open lower surface, and the receiving jig is moved from the carrying-in side to the carrying-out side. When it is moved back from the side to the loading side, the deposits on the top and side surfaces are scraped off and the entire surface is cleaned.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention uses the receiving jig by circulating it in the cutting device instead of transporting it together with the cake into the autoclave. Since the jig is not deformed by heat, the receiving jig is always clean and undeformed when receiving a new cake. Furthermore, since the receiving jigs are used repeatedly, the number of such jigs may be extremely small, and it is therefore extremely easy to find bent jigs. Therefore, the occurrence of defective panel products due to the receiving jig can be completely avoided.
