In general, for concrete structures, the exterior material of the frame, such as the finishing mortar, may become loose from the frame over time due to wear and tear, weathering, etc., creating voids between the frame and the outer wall, and sometimes even falling off. be.

For this reason, a method is generally used in which an adhesive is injected into the gap in order to bond the frame and the exterior material. However, this method, which is commonly used, is a primitive method in which a hole is simply made in the exterior material and the adhesive is injected through the hole, so the adhesive overflows due to internal pressure before the gap is sufficiently filled. Or, even if it is sufficiently filled, it will overflow, resulting in significant staining of the exterior wall surface. As a result, in order to prevent overflow, not enough adhesive was sometimes used, which resulted in unfavorable reviews from the construction owner. Furthermore, floating exterior materials may peel off during or after repair due to the pressure in the gap when filling the adhesive or the saving of adhesive. These things also occur in relation to interior finishing materials.

Therefore, a repair method called the pinning method has recently been proposed as an effective repair method (magazine "Architectural Construction Technology Construction" March 1981 issue, pages 45-54). This pinning method involves drilling a plurality of adhesive injection holes 3' in the floating portion of the outer wall 2' relative to the building frame 1', as shown in Figure 5, and applying nozzles to these injection holes 3'. After filling the gap with the adhesive 5' as shown in FIG. 6, insert the stainless steel anchor pin 6' from the injection hole 3', This method connects the injection hole 3' with the outer wall 2' and seals the injection hole 3'. Incidentally, the anchor pin insertion hole in the frame 1' is normally drilled when the hole is drilled in the outer wall 2'.

Although this method has the effect of increasing the adhesion of the outer wall to the frame, during the construction process, when drilling the part corresponding to the float, the hole may be drilled deep into the frame, creating a gap between the frame and the outer wall in the part corresponding to the float. There is also a risk that the adhesive may not be filled sufficiently because the adhesive is filled with chips, or that the sudden pressure from the injection pump when injecting the adhesive may cause the floating portion to expand or cause the outer wall to peel off. Therefore, the work requires skill.

The present inventor has developed a method for repairing the exterior wall of a structure that eliminates such defects first and maintains the effect of the pinning method without applying sudden pressure when injecting adhesive into the gap between the frame and the exterior wall. (Tokugansho
59−69114). Although very good results were obtained using this method, when the adhesive insertion hole was drilled, the adhesive insertion hole itself was sometimes filled with chips, which necessitated a countermeasure.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention has its constituent elements: An anchor pin insertion hole is formed in several places corresponding to the floating part of the finishing material of the building frame by any method, and a long hole adhesive injection hole is formed while blowing off chips. Drill a hole, insert the anchor pin into the anchor pin insertion hole, seal the anchor pin insertion hole by connecting the structure and the outer wall, and insert the elastic material through the adhesive injection hole into the gap between the structure and the finishing material. A method for repairing an outer wall of a structure, which is characterized by gradually injecting the adhesive contained in the elastic body as the pressure of the elastic body changes over time, and injecting the adhesive into the gap between the frame and the finishing material in the floating portion. Specifically, the holes drilled in the floating portion are divided into roles such as an anchor pin insertion hole and an adhesive injection hole, and the adhesive injection hole in particular allows efficient injection of adhesive. Using a grinder to make a long hole, remove chips by rotating the grinder, etc., take care not to block the injection hole, and insert the anchor pin into the outer wall and the main body through the anchor pin insertion hole at the floating part. The adhesive is gradually injected into the gap between the skeleton and the exterior wall through the adhesive injection hole using the change in pressure of the elastic body over time, and the This is a method of repairing the outer wall of a structure to avoid applying excessive pressure.

In the case of the injector 8 shown in FIG. 3, it is suitable for inserting a certain amount of adhesive, and first,
is attached and fixed to the adhesive injection hole 3 of the outer wall 2 by pasting or the like, and the outer diameter of the tip of the attached washer 8a and the inner diameter of the attachment port attached to the rubber tube 8c are fitted, and the valve device 8e is fixed. Install by applying pressure and opening the valve. At this time, the expanding rubber tube 8c tries to return to its original state by itself, and due to the change in pressure over time, it gradually pushes out the adhesive material stored in the rubber tube 8c.
The gap 5 is filled with an adhesive.

In the case of the injector 8 shown in FIG. 4, it is suitable for completely filling the adhesive material, and first the washer 8a is attached and fixed to the adhesive injection hole 3 of the outer wall 2 by pasting, etc., and the tip of the attached washer 8a is The outer diameter of the rubber tube 8c is fitted with the inner diameter of the attachment port attached to the rubber tube 8c, and an injection pump is connected to the injection port 8d to inject the adhesive. At this time, a certain amount of adhesive is initially injected into the gap 5 between the frame 1 and the exterior material 2, but when it is filled to a certain extent and a reaction force is generated on the rubber tube, the rubber tube 8c expands and the adhesive stays in the rubber tube 8c. Accumulate. When the rubber tube 8c expands, the injection operation is stopped.
The adhesive is gradually pushed out due to the change in pressure of the rubber tube 8c over time without flowing backward through the check valve 8e, and works to completely fill the gap 5 between the frame 1 and the outer wall 2.

In addition, since the adhesive is gradually filled into the gap between the building frame and the finishing material as the pressure of the elastic body changes over time, it is possible to completely inject the adhesive into the gap and not to fill the gap suddenly. Since no pressure is applied, it is possible to avoid the risk of flaking of the finishing material or spreading of floating areas during adhesive injection as in the conventional method.
