Description
A−A′,B−B′,C−C′の各断面図である。
【0072】

[0001]
The present invention relates to an expansion injection bolt used both as a lock bolt and an injection material injection pipe, for example, in a ground reinforcement work in tunnel construction, and an injection method using the same.
[Background]
[0002]
Conventionally, after drilling with a drilling machine on the slope of a natural mountain, an injection tube is inserted into this drilling hole and a curable injection material such as cement milk is injected, and then a steel bolt type lock is inserted into the drilling hole. It is known to reinforce by inserting a bolt and fixing the lock bolt by hardening the curable injecting material, and tightening the bolt portion of the lock bolt protruding outside from the drilling hole with a nut through a support plate.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP, 2000-303480, A As a lock bolt which can be fixed without using a curable injecting material, a tip end is closed and a tube having a supply port at a rear end is formed, and an internal pressure is applied to an intermediate portion. An expansion bolt having an expansion portion that expands in the radial direction when added is known.
[0004]
[Patent Document 2]
This expansion bolt is inserted into the drilling hole, and by applying internal pressure, an expansion portion having a cross-sectional shape in which a part of a plastically deformable circular tube is pushed inward is formed in the radial direction. It expands and comes into close contact with the drilling hole.
[0005]
However, in the case of a steel bolt type lock bolt fixed by a curable injection material, there are the following problems.
[0006]
In order to inject and harden the curable injection material into the ground around the drilling hole, seal between the injection tube and the hole opening and supply the curable injection material at high pressure. However, not only is this sealing difficult to perform, but the seal must be applied when the injection tube is inserted, and the seal must be released when the injection tube is pulled out, resulting in poor workability. In particular, when there is spring water, even if a curable injection material is injected, the curable injection material will be washed away until it hardens, making it difficult to fix the lock bolt. In addition, the natural ground is likely to be deformed until the curable injection material is hardened, and the loose range of the natural ground is likely to increase.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the case of an expansion bolt, since it can be fixed without using a curable injection material, there is an advantage that the above problems do not occur.
[0008]
However, in the case of this expansion bolt, when the surrounding ground is fragile, there is a problem that even if the expansion portion is expanded, the fixing force is insufficient and the reinforcing effect tends to be insufficient. This can be solved by injecting a curable injecting material into the drilling hole using an injection tube and infiltrating the curable injecting material into the surrounding ground to reinforce it, like a steel bolt-type rock bolt. However, if this is done, problems similar to those of the steel bolt type lock bolt will be caused.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and it is an object of the present invention to easily reinforce the surrounding ground by injecting a curable injecting material while maintaining the advantages of an expansion bolt.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0010]
For the above purpose, the present invention has a tubular shape capable of applying an internal pressure from the rear end portion, and an inflating portion that expands in a radial direction by applying the internal pressure;Higher than the minimum pressure required to expand the expansion sectionIt has an inlet forming part that opens the inlet by applying internal pressure. The inflatable portion has a structure in which a part of a plastically deformable circular tube is pushed inward along the axial direction to form an indented portion, and the injection port forming portion has a rear end portion of the inflatable portion. A cap sleeve attached to the tip, and a cap that is separated from the cap sleeve by closing the tip of the cap sleeve and applying internal pressureAn expansion injection bolt is provided.
[0011]
The expansion injection bolt according to the present invention can inflate the expansion portion to be in close contact with the ground by applying internal pressure, and can open the injection port in the injection port formation portion. Then, after the close contact with the ground and the opening of the injection port, the curable injection material is injected into the surrounding ground through the opening by injecting the curable injection material from the rear end of the expansion injection bolt. be able to.
[0012]
As described above, the injection expansion bolt according to the present invention is capable of sealing the space between the expansion injection bolt and the ground by expanding the inflated portion and sticking to the ground. It is possible to stop the water without waiting for the injection hardening. In addition, the seal can prevent leakage of the curable injection material, and the injection workability of the curable injection material is good, and at the same time, the surrounding ground can be strengthened by injection of the curable injection material. Good anchorage can be obtained even on weak ground.
[0013]
Further, since the expansion injection bolt according to the present invention is left as a lock bolt after the injection of the curable injection material, the seal is maintained even after the injection of the curable injection material, and the curable injection is also performed at the spring water location. The outflow of the material can be prevented. Furthermore, the expansion injection bolt according to the present invention is not sufficient, even if the surrounding ground is fragile, if the expansion portion is expanded and brought into close contact with the ground, it does not wait for the injection hardening of the curable injection material, but it is insufficient to some extent. Since the reinforcing effect can be obtained, it is possible to suppress loosening of the natural ground until the curable injecting material is cured.
[0014]
The expansion injection bolt according to the present invention uses a cap and a cap sleeve that are separated by internal pressure as the injection port forming portion. It has become. Using a presser sleeve that breaks due to internal pressure,Using other structuresIs a reference example,Details and advantages of these will be described later.
[0015]
In the present invention, the expansion injection bolt according to the present invention is inserted into the ground, internal pressure is applied to the expansion injection bolt, the expansion of the expansion portion and the opening of the injection port are performed, and then the expansion injection bolt is applied. The present invention also provides an injection method for supplying a curable injection material and injecting the curable injection material into the periphery through an opened injection port.
[0016]
The injection method according to the present invention is a method utilizing the characteristics of the expansion injection bolt of the present invention, and as described above, early stoppage of spring water, prevention of leakage and outflow of curable injection material, curable injection It is possible to perform ground reinforcement work by injecting a hardenable injection material while suppressing loosening of the natural ground until the material hardens.
[0017]
The aspect of the injection method according to the present invention and other advantages will be described later.
