定現場のピアー間に曳航して、扉体を起き上らせ
つつ吊上げて据付ける工法において、扉体下部の
主ローラ軸をピアーに設けた戸溝内に引出してこ
の軸に仮のガイドローラをはめ、扉体の上端両側
に設けた扉体操作用の上部滑車ブロツクの複数の
滑車と、扉体の下部両側に設けた据付け専用の下
部滑車ブロツクの複数の滑車と、前記ピアー上に
設けてある巻上機のドラムの側方に設けた複数の
滑車に対して、ドラムに両端を固定したワイヤロ
ープを、ドラム側方の各滑車と扉体の上部滑車ブ
ロツクの各滑車間のロープ掛け数より、ドラム側
方の他の各滑車と扉体の下部滑車ブロツクの各滑
車間のロープ掛け数が多くなるように掛けるとと
もに、ドラム側方の滑車の何れかにおいて、扉体
の上下の滑車ブロツクに跨がるロープの一部を適
宜の静止部に、一時的に固定し、その後巻上機の
ドラムによりロープを巻上げることにより、扉体
の上下を同時に吊上げ、かつ扉体の上部側の巻上
速度を速くして、扉体を上昇させつつ起き上らせ
て、起立後下部ガイドローラを本来の主ローラに
取替え、下部滑車ブロツクを除去し、上部主ロー
ラ軸を戸溝内に引出して上部主ローラを取付け、
ワイヤロープを本来の扉体操作用に掛け替えるこ
とを特徴とする水門扉の据付工法。
