しかるに、特公昭47−46852号公報に開示され

てドアプレートを開放するようになつているが、
このバーを操作するには、台間通路内へ進入した
複数組のハンガの後方に作業員が通過できる程度
の500〜600粍幅の通路が必要となり、さらにこの
ラツプ供給装置のハンガはR台、L台兼用の反転
式のため、その前後に夫々500乃至600粍程度の通
路が必要となり、ラツプ径が560粍程度の場合、
コーマ機の台間通路幅は最小でも1.6米程度は必
要になる。このため、既設工場において上記のよ
うなラツプ供給装置を採用するには、多数台のコ
ーマ機の据え替えを行つてその台間通路幅を広く
する必要があつた。また、スペース的な制約から
コーマ機の据え替えを実施できない場合には、作
業員が、台間通路内へ進入した複数組のハンガの
下方へ潜り込み、その下側からバーを操作してド
アプレートの開放を行うこととなり、この作業が

ツプ積み込み手段をラツプ成形機側に配備し、各
コーマ機のラツプローラ部若しくは予備クリール
と対応する部分の搬送レールに夫々昇降装置を連
結し、ラツプ成形機側で搬送具連のペツグに積み
込んで移送してきた複数個のラツプを、搬送レー
ルの昇降と搬送具連の長手方向の移動により、コ
ーマ機のラツプローラ若しくは予備クリール上へ
供給するようにしたことを特徴とし、ラツプ成形

つ、コーマ機5A,5Bの各ラツプローラ部8の
上方へ延長した分岐搬送レール9が分岐接続され

示すように、R台のコーマ機5Aの上方を通つた
のち、その他側の機台端側で方向を180度変換し
て対設したL台のコーマ機5Bの上方へ延長さ
れ、R台とL台のコーマ機5Aと5Bへ供給する
ラツプ4の捲き戻し方向が夫々所定方向になるよ
うに構成されている。また、主搬送レール7と各
分岐搬送レール9の接続部に配備した切換装置1
0は、第2図に示すように両レールの接続部に、
垂直方向に軸支した支軸11を中心にして水平方
向に揺動する搬路切換板12が配置され、その支
軸11の上端に取付けた揺動腕13の先端にエア

両端部に取付けた1対のスライドブラケツト19
Aと19Bが、各コーマ機の後部側の床面(台間
通路6側)に対設した左右の支柱20A,20B
に昇降自在に嵌装され、その左右のスライドブラ
ケツト19Aと19Bにエアシリンダ21A,2
1Bが連結されて昇降装置22を構成し、この昇
降装置22と連結した搬送レール9aがエアシリ
ンダ21A,21Bの作動により後述の搬送具連
30と共に所定ストロークで昇降するようになつ
